JOB VACANCY
A leading Governmental Association in UAE is seeking to recruit the following:
Nutritionist
Detailed duties for the position:
-Work with the Senior Nutritionist to develop Food and Hydration Policy based on the needs of that establishment
-Liaise with the catering company and key staff to develop a timeframe for implementation of the Food and Hydration Policy
-Liaise with the catering company to develop a timetable for staff training and education
-Develop a timeframe for receiving, reviewing and feeding back on menu and recipe information
-In conjunction with the Senior Nutritionist and the Food Safety Officer, schedule in visits for all aspects of quality control for each training establishment such as cooking methods, recipe adherence, health and hygiene.
Education and training:
-Bachelor degree in nutrition/dietetics or health sciences majoring in nutrition
-Good computer skills
-Teaching experience beneficial
-Ability to read, write and speak fluently in English and Arabic.
-5 years relevant experience or relevant post-graduate qualification
-ADFCA training a plus
